Welcome to Tranquilla Calm

Tranquilla Calm is more than just a business. It's a mission born from lived experience, professional insight, and a deep passion for supporting others on their mental health journey.


Founded by Nikkii Johnson, Tranquilla Calm represents a lifetime shaped by anxiety, panic attacks, and PTSD. From childhood panic attacks that lacked a name or explanation, to years of therapeutic exploration via CBT, EMDR, guided meditation, EFT, reiki, and more, Nikkii has experienced the emotional highs and lows of navigating mental health both privately and publicly. 


Her experiences, combined with a degree in Psychology and Counselling and professional work in financial services, now fuel Tranquilla Calm’s purpose: to offer real, accessible support for those who need it most.


Tranquilla Calm exists to help others feel less alone, less overwhelmed, and more empowered. Through resources, partnerships, and conversations, it brings mental health into everyday spaces like schools, homes, and workplaces.
