In 2024, Tranquilla Calm developed a unique Wellbeing Calendar as part of our mission to bring emotional support and mental health awareness into everyday spaces.
Born from a desire to provide practical, accessible, and meaningful well-being support, the calendar offered a structured approach to mental health—one month at a time.
Each page was carefully designed to align with real challenges faced by individuals and teams, particularly in workplace and educational settings.
A 12-month calendar with monthly mental health themes, from resilience and stress to gratitude and boundaries.
This project was more than a product - it was a statement of values. It reflected our belief that mental health support should be ongoing, integrated, and approachable. The calendar was well received by individuals, educators, and businesses who used it as a gentle yet consistent prompt for daily well-being.
