Your Year: The Wellbeing Calendar

In 2024, Tranquilla Calm launched the Your Year Wellbeing Calendar- a beautifully designed 12-month tool featuring monthly mental health themes, reflective prompts, and daily affirmations.

Embraced in offices, schools, and homes, the calendar helped people connect with their mental health daily. It symbolises Tranquilla Calm's mission: small, intentional actions leading to significant emotional shifts.

Feedback from the first release is now shaping future versions, including an upcoming digital edition.

Coming Soon: Year 6–7 Transition Journal

Currently in production, this school journal is a month-by-month guide designed to support children transitioning from primary to secondary school. It offers:

  • Emotional guidance and confidence-building activities
  • Inclusive content for neurodiverse and vulnerable students
  • Feedback sections for both Year 6 and Year 7
  • Reflections, peer advice, and mindful prompts

The journal aims to help schools and families support emotional well-being during this anxious period in a young person's life.

With strong links to the PSHE curriculum, it's ideal for schools looking to integrate mental health support into daily routines.
